Terms of Service

All payment will be due up front, I will not start the commission unless I am paid.If I am for some reason unable to complete the commission or unable to start, the client will be issued a full refund.Alterations may be requested during the sketch stage, once the sketch is finalized the client may only request coloration changes.Progress and updates will be provided with watermarks.The final product will be watermarked heavily not to the extent of obscurity, for approval.Once the client approves, the commission will be marked as completed and will be emailed the work in a JPEG or PNG format.I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the subject matter is uncomfortable or undoable for me.I reserve the right to cancel a commission (with refund) at any time if the client treats me poorly.The typical turnaround time for a commission is a month, however I tend to finish earlier given the amount of commissions I’m working on at any given moment.If the commission is a rush order, I will charge an extra fee for prioritization and tighter timelines.If a commission is canceled, the client will receive what has been completed thus far and will be partially refunded based on the work I have completed.Completed art will be non refundable - any artistic mistakes (Anatomy, sketch lines, etc.) will be fixed for free however complete overhauls will not be permitted.

Personal Use

What you may do with your completed commission

Upload it on other social media (while crediting me)
Print for personal use
Crop and use as a profile Picture

What you may NOT do

What you may Resell the artwork
Claim the artwork as your own (ie - tell people that you made it)
Edit out or Remove my watermark and signature
Re - edit the artwork or give the artwork to someone else to use/editdo

Commercial Use

What you may do with your completed commission

Print for personal use
Crop and use as a profile Picture
Print and Resell the prints
Place the artwork on merchandise
Work with other artists on typography or integrating the artwork onto other merch
Make derivatives of the artwork to suit commercial needs

What you may NOT do

Resell the artwork to someone else without my permission
Claim the artwork as your own (ie - tell people that you made it)
Remove me from the credits
