Terms of Service

All payment will be due up front, I will not start the commission unless I am paid.If I am for some reason unable to complete the commission or unable to start, the client will be issued a full refund.Alterations may be requested during the sketch stage, once the sketch is finalized the client may only request coloration changes.Progress and updates will be provided with watermarks.The final product will be watermarked heavily not to the extent of obscurity, for approval.Once the client approves, the commission will be marked as completed and will be emailed the work in a JPEG or PNG format.I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the subject matter is uncomfortable or undoable for me.I reserve the right to cancel a commission (with refund) at any time if the client treats me poorly.The typical turnaround time for a commission is a month, however I tend to finish earlier given the amount of commissions I’m working on at any given moment.If the commission is a rush order, I will charge an extra fee for prioritization and tighter timelines.If a commission is canceled, the client will receive what has been completed thus far and will be partially refunded based on the work I have completed.Completed art will be non refundable - any artistic mistakes (Anatomy, sketch lines, etc.) will be fixed for free however complete overhauls will not be permitted.
